Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 to use Bari. Keep your account and connected Mac credentials secure and provide accurate account and payout information. Bari supports one connected Mac per account during the pilot. Replacing or disconnecting it revokes the prior device.
Your Mac and your choice
Connecting a Mac does not turn placements on, enroll you in community exchange or guarantee earnings. You can pause placements at any time. A placement earns only after Bari validates a complete uninterrupted display under the current eligibility rules; opening or clicking a promotion is not required and does not increase the reward.
Paid earnings
For a valid paid placement, the viewer’s base reward is 70% of the corresponding advertising revenue. Valid earnings remain pending for five days before becoming available unless they are held, adjusted or reversed. New paid placements pause before the viewer’s ordinary earnings would reach $5 until that viewer completes Stripe payout setup. This threshold does not erase existing earnings and does not stop another person’s placements because of a pending referral bonus.
Payouts, holds and reversals
Available cleared earnings can be withdrawn through Stripe at a $10 minimum. Bari covers standard Connect account and standard-payout fees so an ordinary $10 withdrawal delivers $10; optional or exceptional provider services can have separate costs. Suspected abuse can place the affected amount under review. Invalid pending earnings and their associated bonuses can be reversed, while valid ordinary earnings continue to accrue independently.
Referrals
A referral attaches when a visitor creates an account within 30 days of the last valid referral visit. The invited person receives a bonus equal to 10% of base cash earnings during the first 30 days, and the direct referrer receives an ongoing bonus equal to 10% of those base earnings. Bari funds both bonuses from its platform share. Each recipient completes their own payout verification; bonuses can remain visibly pending while identity or suspected self-referral checks are unresolved.
Community exchange
Community exchange requires a separate opt-in and an eligible approved promotion. It uses promotion credits rather than cash, charges no exchange fee and does not convert credits into money. Free fill can issue a credit without debiting another member. You can leave the exchange while retaining earned credits and separately enabled paid promotion settings; a valid placement that already started may finish.
Advertiser funds and delivery
Paid promotions use prepaid advertiser funds. The launch market price is a fixed $2 CPM, and a campaign maximum is a ceiling rather than a promised charge or guarantee of inventory. Approval alone does not enable spending. Bari reserves funds before delivery, settles only a valid completed placement and releases unused reservations. Eligible unused and unreserved funds can be refunded to the original payment method.
Promotion content
Promotions require review, an HTTPS destination and accurate creative. Adult content, gambling, political advertising, weapons, illegal goods, deceptive claims, and financial or medical outcome claims are prohibited during the pilot. Creative, destination or paid targeting changes pause new delivery until the required review is complete. Country targeting uses approximate network location, can be affected by travel or VPN use and does not guarantee inventory.
No guaranteed results
Bari does not guarantee placement availability, earnings, human attention, clicks, conversions or advertiser return. Network supply, approval, budgets, audience eligibility, allocation, device state and service availability can all limit delivery.
Before the pilot
These terms describe Bari’s approved product rules but are not the final launch agreement. Bari’s legal business identity, contact information, governing terms, liability language and final provider disclosures require review before an authorized public pilot.
